Travellers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and complying with all applicable visa, health, immigration and entry requirements.
Hotels and Accommodation
Hotel names displayed in package information are subject to availability and confirmation.
Where a package specifies a particular hotel, accommodation remains subject to the hotel's availability and the final booking confirmation.
Where a hotel becomes unavailable, an alternative accommodation of a suitable category may be offered where permitted by the applicable booking terms.
Flights, Transfers and Train Services
Flight, transfer and train arrangements are subject to availability and the conditions imposed by the relevant airline, transport operator or supplier.
Where high-speed train transportation is included, departure times, seats and availability may be subject to the operating provider.
Travellers should follow all instructions regarding departure times, check-in and transportation requirements.
